Guitars are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via Carrier with tracking info and a signature required on arrival. Books are mostly shipped by Australia Post or carrier depending on the value of the book. We will ensure that the safest service will be used. Our shipping and postage service includes handling and packing.

Your package will be dispatched at your own risk unless you request insurance, but special care is taken to protect all fragile items.

Returns: Although we offer free shipping within Australia, any goods returned will have the original shipping costs deducted from the total amount unless otherwise arranged.
